  • I don't mean this as a full review of the Air Canada Centre and all of it's facilities and services, but I do think it's important to note and for management to hear. I've been to the ACC many many times, however this one stands out as it very much soiled the experience for me. The ACC is supposed to be the premiere venue in the city. It's 2018 and we are in Toronto, the biggest and wealthiest city in Canada. How, may I ask, can you think it's acceptable to keep concertgoers waiting for 40+ minutes outside of the venue in the middle of Canadian winter? It feels like somebody didn't completely think this through. The security and ticketing process must be improved. Everyone in my line had the same thoughts and complaints. Fix it ACC!
