  • Took 48 minutes to check in!! We did not get the room as pictured on our confirmation email and reservation. The charge $112 fee for incidentals, $12 if which is a non refunded processing fee. Arrived at the hotel at 4:05 on a Saturday evening. Found 4 people in front of me in line to check in and 1 person working the desk. This seemed inadequate to me for check in time on a Saturday night. There was a manager there as well who came out to assist but never utilized one of the 2 other available computers to check anyone in. Check in took 48 Minutes. After which they directed me to their concierge (whose real job is to sell tickets and packages) for a parking ticket to place in my car. As she attempted to sell me tickets and tell me all about Vegas I asked just for my parking ticket as my 11 yo daughter and I had just stood in line for 48 minutes to check in and just wanted to go to our room. Upon entering our room it was not a suite. It was not what was pictured in their website or the confirmation email hat I received. The picture is of a suite (hence the name All Suite in their name on line) with a kitchen and living room. Our room is a standard hotel room with a mini fridge and microwave-typical of an average hotel. And apparently the All-Suite hotel is not indeed All Suites as our room was not a suite. I went down to discuss this at the front desk and found 7 people in line and still only 1 person working at the desk, now at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. I ask the concierge for help. She told me to stand in line again. Nope. We could hear the people in the room Next to us so clearly that I could follow their conversations and hear everything they were watching in tv. It is Very, Very noisy. Misrepresentation of their rooms on their website. Misrepresentation of the name Club de Soleil All Suite as they are not All suites. Could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and a 48 minutes check in time. Don't gamble on this hotel as you will loose.
