Just received the worst customer service all because the service department closes in 8 minutes Needed a key made for my '08 ran down to Sanderson Ford to get one made since it's chipped, service writer George said they couldn't do it because they close in 8 minutes. What the hell, what if I was stranded in this situation? For advertising you have outstanding customer service is a lie. Taking my Ford business elsewhere, and to think I drove from my side of Surprise to come to your Glendale location.
