  • Horrible.... I have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks and I have left messages today I finally got a hold of someone who told me I am 3 weeks out of warranty and I need to pay $125 to continue my warranty to get treated. I have mud tubes coming down from my ceiling. Obviously they have been there for longer than 3 weeks. A reputable company would have honored the warranty. That's ok will will find another company. This is bad business no wonder you have horrible reviews.
