I am so frustrated with this gym!! Last year they charged me double for a trainer and it took a month to get it straightened out and my money refunded. Now they have done the same thing to my husband who joined recently. He signed up and paid for three months with a trainer and now they have automatically charged him another $160 on his credit card, even though he told them last month he only wished to pay fir three months! The staff agree w error but seems they cannot do anything without going thru Corporate office. Same song and dance they gave me. My trainer was excellent and one of their best and he quit due to management turnover and very poor customer service. Corporate was to call us last night with resolution to these overcharged and nobody called us. Husband stopped in again today and was there for an hour, still no results! This is NOT how you run a business!!! When you charge a client in error, the right thing to do is say you are sorry and FIX the problem immediately. New management here is not any better and customer service leaves much to be desired!!! We will be looking for a new gym!
