  • I had signed up for a two year contract AND personal training contract. What a HUGE mistake. I went through four, count them, four personal trainers in one month. Oh, and when I showed up for the appointments that had been made the trainer was no where to be found. And no attempt to reconcile for the training sessions I had paid for. I never used them. That should have been a sign. Like everyone else has commented the contracts are set in stone. I paid the contracts in full, mailed my CANCEL letters 60 days in advance, registered, certified and signed receipt mail. Never had an issue with the cancellation. I made several attempts to discuss personal training issues with management--no one is EVER available and don't return phone calls. Front desk staff is usually clueless in Harrisburg, and no one around to help explain equipment, etc. yeah, I found a REAL gym and a very happy. Stay away from this place unless you have money to burn. That is all that will burn--not your muscles!!
