| - A family member and I had quite an off-putting experience working with Norris C. a few weeks ago. First, he tried to sell us a car with exterior body damage without saying a word about it. The only reason it came up is because we noticed and said something. He also spent 30 minutes telling us about his family and asking us about ours, what we do, etc. Not that it's wrong to make small talk, but it was way too much and too personal. He even brought out his "Salesperson Trophy of the Year" at one point... When we decided we wanted a car from a different dealership, we called to let Norris know so they didn't keep holding the car we were looking at. Soon after, we got a phone call from Norris asking what car we'd bought, where we'd bought it, and telling us that he was just so happy for us and hoped we still had a good experience with Lexus of Madison. About an hour later we get another call from Norris asking us all the details of the car, including the color, year and make. When he specifically referenced my job and asked where I planned to drive the car, I promptly hung up. This guy is creepy.
