  • Vendor doesn't call back after reaching out. Called vendor three weeks ago and was promised a called back that day. Now we are three weeks waiting in his call back which will never happen. Temperature was 87 degrees then and we are pretty much dead waiting on the slow response. How about trying being more responsive? Guess my coupon purchased is pointless. Stay far away from these people.
