| - Awful awful customer treatment-service is not in the bank vocabulary.
At Southfield Michigan bank,
there are never enough tellers, lines inside, drivers just leave, they have to wait so long. When the wait inside is too long, a woman pops out of an office holding a huge set of keys, and tells customers "I don't have a cash drawer, are there any questions that I may answer?".
One gentleman asked, "When are you going to get some more help in here?".
Staff cannot answer questions about mortgages or loans, "We cannot access that information,"
so I was referred to an 800 number, where I was put on hold, and given incorrect information regarding how the interest is charged on my loan account.
No employee wishes to explain or investigate information on an existing loan-only to open new loans.
