| - Although this restaurant is open 24/7 and has decent food, i'm going to have to knock it.
Service was TERRIBLE and there were hardly any diners in the place. It was far from crowded. We asked our server for more water and a few lemons, and he forgot both, even after we reminded him. We had to help ourselves from the lemons at the bar- LAME. Then he made some comment like, "I could have brought those to your table, you know," full of attitude.
When we finally got our bills (he also had major 'tude with giving us individual tabs), he had given us all of our change in quarters. Some of us had more change than necessary and some of us were short-changed. NONE of us had the correct change. At this point I lost it and proceeded to go pretty much ape sh*t on our 45 year old server with a comb-over. "Excuse me, look- all of our change is completely um, how do i say this, NOT RIGHT. AT ALL." He gives me a blank stare and then shrugs it off: "Sorry, we don't have any other coins except quarters here. We give change in quarters." Then he smiles sweetly and says, "Would you like to speak to the manager, miss?" the rest is pretty ugly from there.
Now, let me clear that i am not expecting the world's greatest meal OR service from America the restaurant inside a Vegas casino. However, I do expect to get what i pay for and that includes getting the correct change back, NOT IN JUST QUARTERS.
As far as this restaurant goes, it's America the Shitty, and I would rather just roll to any other hotel's 24/7 cafe to eat. They all have one.
The club sandwich was good though...Meh.
