  • The customer service was very good. One time, I just stumbled in without making any purchases. Another time, I stopped by and scheduled for my haircut. The haircut was very well done. The washing was very gentle and I love their orange scent shampoo and conditioner. I don't really care for the product pushing at the end but I guess that's part of their business. I brought only a small amount of product on a long recommended list. But otherwise, I appreciate the coat hanging, the no waiting policy, the attention to detail trimming, the blow drying and the chit-chat with the stylist was all very good. I will return to try out other styliest and will report back on my progress with them. The downtown location is opened for sunday so I usually go during extended lunch hour or get off work a little earlier and just walk there from work. I wish they would consider opening more hours on the weekend. :)
