I'm not sure why we have a new listing for LVAC at this location. I was keeping a tally of check-ins on the old listing and now I have to do it all over again :(
I thoroughly enjoy LVAC, especially this location. The equipment is well maintained, fairly updated, and the classes are awesome. My favorites are Vinyassa Yoga, Spinning, and H.E.A.T.
Nikki teaches the Yoga class and she is awesome. It's a little intense, yet relaxing. I feel like jello when I leave. This yoga class is part of my self care.
Angela teaches the spinning class that I love. She is fantastic. Full of energy that is infectious. Her class is amazing! Fun and intense.
H.E.A.T. class that I attend is taught by Michelle and this class makes me want to die. This class is insane. If you feel like you're a gym guru and you aren't fazed by much, try this class. She will work that arrogance straight off you. Really awesome class.
The gym is clean and staff is friendly. I tend to do classes and attend during non-traffic hours. Between about 5 and 8 it's pretty packed. They also have an all women room which could be nice if you are shy. There's a sauna and a pool too. Though I do not need the service, I think having a day care on sight is an awesome idea. Parents are able to see what's going on in the day care from various TV's in the gym. Really cool. I wish same option would be available for fur babies :)
The locker room is it's own animal. I have seen things in there that cannot be unseen. I respect women who are comfortable with their bodies but there are things that I'd hope would not be done in a public locker room [insert emoji here].
