My experience couldn't have been better! No A/C in the middle of July can create a little anxiety, checking online reviews can really add to that. My interaction with Action Air started with a more than pleasant call with Tracy (great customer service skills). She indicated that the tech would be to my house in an hour. I thought that sounded too good to be true, until Dennis arrived 58 minutes after I hung up :) Dennis was fantastic, he found a fried disconnect and had it replaced quickly. He also gladly answered a handful of questions - thanks!
