  • I used J&M Flooring for the installation of tile. John's quote for the project was very reasonable as well as the time frame for completion; however, the professionalism stopped there. We were told that the job would take 4-5 days to complete; 4 weeks later, the job is still not done. I agreed to pay half of the total amount once 50% of the work was complete. Big mistake! John quit after 50% of the work was done. Of course, after he had his money. His work was unacceptable as some of the the tiles were hollow and uneven. After we called him out for it and requested that he or his workers fix it, he quit. John sent over other workers and after they fixed it, he said that at that moment, we released him from the job. His worker, Tony, is just as sketchy. Don't trust either one of them.
