I came into this store trying to resolve an issue with a phone I purchased that was a refurbished sprint phone. I was helped by a young lady named "Kate". Terrified is the experience to describe for a lack of a better word. I'm truly sympathetic for sprint clients. The in store service was horrible and the word help simply isn't in their vocabulary. I've heard stories about sprint and I must say, "Thank you Kate and Sprint"...for a clear and stern indicator what I'm not a customer. While attempting to get help to clear up a lock on an older iPhone 5, I walked out baffled as to way I let myself be treated in such a condescend manner. If you don't have an account with them, good luck getting anything but a boot in the rear. And if you are a customer, I'm sorry. I went to AT&T, Verizon that same day and and although they couldn't help me, I didn't feel like I did walking out of the sprint store. I will never step into your store again, not even if you paid me.
