  • If you ever need to have your car fixed, repaired, or smogged don't go to any PURRFECT repair shop. This place is a rip off. Guy inspected my brakes while doing a smog check and said I had 60% on the front and 50% on the back. How the fuck do you tell if you need brakes without taking the tires off. 55 years I've been fixing cars and never have I seen this, oh wait this is PURRFECT Auto--the biggest scam repair shops in the world. They are gonna get sued again down the road for cheating people on their up sell attitude. People, don't ever go to these stealing repair shops ever, they will soak you blind. Told the guy I replaced my battery the day before and they still charged me $3.99 even when the smog check was rejected because of that. Asked if they will credit me the $3.99 after I do the fifty mile run and they said no you gotta pay the full charge for a recheck again. told them to kiss my ass. I'll go to Jiffy smog where I won't be cheated.
