rev:text	Went to the shop after talking to my car dealership after a car accident; when I first met with one of the guy Pete he was very nice and thorough; however when I the owners wife called me she would laugh because I had a horrific concussion and would repeat myself (real funny) upon completion of my car me and my husband went to pick up my car, the two ladies in the front office were rude, and the black lady handed my file to the owners wife which I did not know she was his wife at the time; she said you owe money I said no she opened up the file and held it out with both hands and said "see you signed it here with a smart ass look, I looked at it and said thats not me, she blamed the other lady you gave me the wrong file!. I asked to have to owner call me from the guy in the back but he said it's Mrs. Tucker up there; letting me know that it won't make a difference, it took 4 days for Rick to leave a message, and I decided to yelp. Well the insurance company made a mistake and did not send the check he called and we had a direct deposit go to Tuckers I approve it, and then Mrs. Tucker yells out make sure they stop payment on the other check so "THEY CANT CASH IT" what a bitch! and how rude and unprofessional! we don't need the money and how rude to ASSUME we would do something like that... These two ladies are the first impression of TUCKERS COLLISION, and they certainly did not represent it very well. When owners act like that and talk down to the customer that they made money from which in turn pays their bills and income; they should really check themselves, because Karma is real. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TUCKERS COLLISION, I will take my car else where if I ever need repairs again, and better customer service.
