I've been going to this gym for about 9 months now. The combination of classes has kept me in the best physical health since college. Co-workers have noticed changes in my physique and I sleep better at night too.
The classes cover everything I need. I tend to stick to some mild yoga chill out twice a week to loosen up my body for the more intense kettle bells and TRX. My first introduction to heated classes started here, and they are well worth the sweating.
The instructors here are all serious, dedicated, and kind. They have great taste in music. Martin, Cristina, Randy and Janelle all deserve shout outs right here.
I will probably never go back to solo weight lifting and treadmills again.
Note: bring your own mat and water, but if you forget you can get them there. No need to bring your own lock, as you can set combos in the lockers.
