  • Went in to look at the Michael backpack in the Damier Graphite and left the store satisfied with the backpack in hand, grace, who was the service leader and the lady that helped me out, was very sweet and put the backpack on hold for me because I couldn't decide if I wanted it or not, only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because everyone else in the store looked like they hated their jobs and couldn't even smile when they looked at me, hello im spending $2700 at least smile at me, I will be back thanks to grace who again I thank for such wonderful service.
