Too bad I can't give zero stars. We have been here twice and I'm sorry I went back after the first experience. First they say they have pediatricians there but we have never seen one. We always get a student PA and the PA. The first visit my daughter had a possible broken wrist. After an X-ray I was told they had no one that could read it but that they thought it might be broken. The second visit I brought my 6 month old in for a cold, cough and lots of snot for almost two weeks. After many checks to his ears by both the student and the PA, they determined he had a double ear infection. My kids are all allergic to penecilyn medicines so I asked for a different antibiotic. After being grilled as to my reasoning, she reluctantly gave me a script for an antibiotic that I was told by the pharmacist has a chance of reaction in individuals allergic to penecilyn! And when the pharmacist called the PA to get a different script, she refused to change it. I was livid. So I went home with no prescription. But that's not even the worse part! I took my son to see our pediatrician the next day only to find out neither of his ears had an infection! So no script even needed. I will never return to this urgent care. Oh, and the front receptionist is rude. The only person in there I enjoyed our encounter is the gentleman that does the initial vitals. He deserves a better location of employment!
