I'm a regular Starbucks customer at different locations and this is one place that needs improvement towards their customer service. The individual helping me was not attentive to what I was saying and I thought she was joking when she was providing the incorrect order back to me, however, that's what she heard. I believe she is a new employee, therefore, I was hoping someone was helping her than looking at their phone. I would like to update my review because there's opportunity to improve and bring me back since I love coffee.
