  • I wrote a review and deleted it after i received an email saying i would receive a telephone call from the Manager. This never happened. Worse manicure I have ever had. My cuticles became infected, the polish chipped the same day. They argued over who was going to spray my nails passing me off the each other.My daughter and I started at the same time but I finished a full 15 minutes earlier. When I was left to have the spray dry they said about 10 min and you can go. No timer. They also left my hands on a cold metal table. Totally Bizarre. I think franchises get cheeky as time goes on and this one seems to be depending on their name not their service. To all my friends in the Beaches I would say avoid the new one. Also that survey they send you is not really taken seriously as I never received a phone call. My recommendation find a great local place, run by someone who has an interest in their business and are not just about being the trend.
