  • My Hawaiian wife and I have lived in Ahwatukee for nearly 30 years, usually counting on the "standard so-so others" for sushi. Sakura Sushi had opened just prior to the holidays, so we ventured in for lunch. We had read the reviews, and we agree with our predecessors ... they got it right. Clean attractive environment, great sushi, excellent service, and follow-up attention from the host to make sure everything was okay! All you care to eat pricing was a terrific value. As one other reviewer suggested "If they're able to maintain their high standards", the concern in giving 5 stars is that it's going to be harder in the future to get seated. Thanks for a great lunch!
