  • I am probably way too late to warn anyone else not to have anything to do with this company! I would like to add that you probably won't have an issue as this business closed its door but would like to warn anyone not to have any dealing with the owner or 'lead technician' as he called himself by the name of Gordon Mitrovic. Our association began back in mid-June when my husband took his desktop pc in to be checked as it was not working. After three and a half months, we are left with a missing hard drive, promised improvements and out approximately $400.00. We went to sever our relationship with Gordon Mitrovic this past Monday after he no-showed for a scheduled appointment to return our hard drive on Sunday, September, 13th at 1 pm. We discovered his store completely empty. We attempted to contact him with the phone number at his work place and also with his personal cell phone number which he had given us...no answer to his workplace number and a message that his cell phone number was disconnected. We attempted to contact the company listed for the businesses in the strip mall but were told they only had his name and number which proved to be of little help. Yesterday, I checked with other businesses in the strip mall...was told by one that he had heard the business known as Valleywide Techs must have emptied the store during the night. Another owner I contacted said she, too, was left high and dry as Valleywide Techs had kept her laptop and not completed services promised. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to track down the whereabouts of Gordon Mitrovic and would be more than happy to hear from anyone who might have some information that might prove fruitful. Any leads would be appreciated. And, Gordon, if you are reading this, we would like to have our hard drive back!!!! Chris L
