  • The sales practices are pretty typical of a dealer. The buying process was smooth and they didn't pressure too much on the extended warranty or gap coverage. I am however very disappointed in how they presented the vehicle. I purchased a used car with 13k miles on it. I should have been more careful in inspecting it. I don't expect a year old car to be perfect, but after about two weeks I noticed that the interior smelled like stale cigarette smoke. They had done just enough to cover it up with air freshener so I couldn't tell instead of doing a more costly interior detail. That way i wouldn't find out until it was too late to do anything about it. I probably wouldn't have bought the car had I known. I feel like that is dishonest and I would never recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
