  • I came in desperately looking for screws to fit an old Honeywell thermostat. All the guys there basically told me I was screwed (no pun intended). Only one person there did not give up on me. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out. She actually called her husband at home who was super knowledgeable about this stuff to point us in the right direction. Not only did we get great info from hubby, but he actually had a piece of an old Honeywell thermostat with these specific screws attached and dropped it off for me at Lowe's. Talk about great service! She seemed to genuinely care about my situation and her and her entire family - including her three adorable kids - totally saved the day! Of course I bought a bunch of other stuff too but that experience was above and beyond. Thanks Lowe's Fam!
