  • We wanted to stay on the Strip without spending too much. We knew we weren't going to be at the hotel other than for sleeping. Travelodge had the basic necessities: a parking spot, a clean and comfortable room, and a 24/7 reception. So, we were happy to spend less than half the price of the next expensive hotel in the vicinity. We instead spent that amount on watching a Cirque du Soleil show and drinking.
