I've been to Bar Marco for brunch. There were only two vegetarian options, a sweet and a savory, and I opted for savory, which at the time was scrambled eggs with goat cheese. It was very tasty, although I could probably make it myself for less than $12. The real star of the show was the cocktail, which was a gin-based delight. I think the drinks are where Bar Marco shines.
For that reason, I tried to come back for drinks another time (a Tuesday evening) and was turned away because it was too crowded. That's a bummer :(
