  • My husband went to get his oil changed at this Jiffy Lube today, and was quoted over the phone that it would be $42. They charged him $109, claimed that the $42 was a misquote, and refused to honor it. I understand things happen, but you need to honor the quote you give someone. That's just good business. We will not be going back to this one, nor will we be recommending anyone go here.
