  • Today I received my Chlorambucil order, but in spite of the RX and label stating "Clear capsule," the capsules ended up white, like has also mistakenly happened from Diamondback for other medications. My vet had told me that she requests clear capsules because they are less likely to add to my cat's already-existing stomach/digestion problems (gastrointestinal lymphoma, IBD, pacreatitis). I called Diamondback this morning and asked to speak with the *manager* named "Melissa H," who had responded to me on Yelp with a "Manager" title in her message. The rep I spoke with said there's only a *sales rep* there who is named Melissa H. I really have liked using Diamondback overall... their prices are good and they've been reliable more often than not, but this latest issue with Sushi's rescue protocol chemotherapy might have put me over the brink. As it is, I'm doing a bit of a risky action by using generic Chlorambucil rather than brand name Leukeran. So, this non-natural capsule coloring issue adds to my concern.
