  • From the beginning of my stay to the middle of my 7 days it was hell. I called a day before to find out all the information I needed to know before arriving for vacation. When I finally do arrive I am told that I can't get a fridge unless I pay $25 even after I was told on the phone since I had meds and vitamins with me there was no fee for the fridge. After that the guy told me to just put my stuff in the mini bar on top of the drinks. After that I was told that I couldn't get an upgrade because I booked through Expedia ( even though I'm part of the Starwood preferred guest program. At this point I'm pissed. I was able to use it at any other W. I also asked the housekeeping to clean my room at 12pm when I had left. I got back to the hotel at 7 and my room wasn't cleaned at all! I called downstairs and they apologized and said someone will be there tomorrow. Not Ok! I felt very uncomfortable staying here. This hotel didn't fill like a W hotel at all. I've stayed at W Hollywood and W southBeach and never experienced anything like this before. I feel like I wasted money coming here instead of just going to the Wynn. The only thing that made it a little less bad was Robert! When he arrived and I expressed the issues I was having he immediately took action. He also upgraded my room like it should have been in the first place. Robert has 5 star service!! But the establishment... not so much.!
