  • We were really worried about picking a moving company after hearing and reading horror stories of people's belongings getting taken hostage and the movers demanding more cash upon delivery to release the furniture or having things broken during the move. We wanted someone reliable, timely and that would be careful with our belongings. We found that with Busch movers. We booked a few weeks in advance and Mohammed was very friendly and quick to respond to phone calls or emails whenever we had questions.Busch gave us the option of paying cash or by credit card, which was convenient. The day of the move, the 3 guys (Chris, Karl, Jeremy) showed up exactly at the time we had booked with a very large truck (we only filled it about half way) and the wardrobe boxes we had requested. All 3 guys were very friendly and we enjoyed light conversation while they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently to load up our 2 bedroom condo in about 2 hours being very careful to wrap all the fragile things in blankets. We had about an hour delay getting the keys to our new house on the way from the condo so, while they waited, the guys decided to shovel a bit of the snow to clear a path for us when we arrived! Much appreciated! The whole move took about 6 hours + 1 hr travel time there and back, which was 1 hour less than we were quoted. But, we were only charged for the actual time it took them to move us. Finding good movers at a fair price is not an easy task. We looked around for a while and got quotes all over the place. So if you're reading this looking for movers, I hope you consider Busch. You will have a great experience.
