Rude Management, Broken AC, Bed Bugs, Dirty Towels! Please do not waste your money here! First, the management is very rude, Nick Thompson has an attitude right when you walk in. We walked into our room and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke when we had paid extra for a smoke free room. My husband went down to see if they could do anything about it and Nick told him all rooms were booked and they couldn't do anything. My husband told him he'd like his money back if that was the case and Nick said they'd send someone to spray. Well, no one ever came! Our second day we came back from lunch and our AC was taken apart on a towel on the floor. Patricia at the front desk actually tried her best to help me and changed our room. When we go into the next room there is a BED BUG sitting on top of the AC. Again, Patricia helped me change rooms. (But why should I even have to be doing this????) When we are checking out the manager Nick is walking by with another employee (tall lady with tight curls) and they say aloud, thinking we can't hear, "There goes that man with his complaining wife." That is so unprofessional! All I wanted was a comfortable room to vacation in and get my money's worth. It is not the customers fault when the AC is broken in Phx heat, or when there's bed bugs in a room.
