  • Very disappointed with our purchase here. We ended up with an item they swore up and down was "brand new". The item sat in a box for six weeks while we waited for our house to be finished and when I went to install the light started noticing clues that someone had tried to install it and gave up. The chain was cut and scratched in several places, the hardware wasn't in the box, the wire had been replaced, and there was a chip in the glass. When we contacted them we wanted to just return it and be done with them. They swore up and down again the item was new and because we had it for 6 weeks they would only let us exchange it. I was very hesitant but also did not want to just throw away $$$. We will not buy anything here again.
