  • So disappointed. I had high hopes for Ashley furniture. We ordered our coach a week ago and their systems were down; they promised their system would be up the next day. Here it is a week later and their system is still not up. My order hasn't been keyed into the computer, the delivery system is still down and they have no delivery estimate. It's ridiculous! They're happy to take your money but want to rush you off the phone without telling you the status of your items! I won't be shopping here again.
