  • My GF brought her car in here for an oil change. We noticed a rattle that got progressively worse between then and now which I discovered was a loose heat shield. It wasn't clear if this was something that was inadvertently knocked loose by them or if it happened on it's own...but I decided to bring the car back and explained the situation. With no hesitation they were happy to take a look, confirmed what I found, and threw on a couple washers and tightened it up...no questions, denials, accusations, etc. They just wanted to help. EXCELLENT customer service...very much appreciated. They were also great with an oil change on my car last week. Thank you
