  • My original review was wiped out by the update, so to recap, eyeglass world in Goodyear AZ is advertising same-day service, the first lens I had made there was next day service. the second lens was out of stock and a one-week wait. They were friendly and the store looked great, but I was only there because of the same-day service claim. Nor did they offer to check with another store or even tell me that there are other stores in the area. After being contacted by someone from the corporate office, who promised to contact the store and have the manager contact me...no contact. The day has ended, once again no same day service. So they lost another star. On top of that, I looked for and found another eyeglass world who had the lens blank in stock, treated me like a king, and will have the lenses for me in the morning (I dropped the glasses off after their lab had already closed). They were surprised that the first store had not called them to check on their lens stock and get an inter-store delivery of the lens.
