  • This last time I was in this store was actually my first time and I am no where near impressed. I walked around lost for about 15 minutes before I had to go up to someone and ask for help. Then I was directed to this girl, and like someone said below me, and I already was ify about her because her own make up wasn't at all what I would expect from a make up artist. She matched my skin tone, which was cool, I have never done that before but everything after that was terrible. She seemed like in a rush to hurry up and be done with helping me and she kept naming all these brands to me like I was supposed to know what she was talking about. And when I told her I needed help with lipsticks she only took me to the Kat Von D section and stood there...staring...silently. I ended up just telling her I was done just to get her away from me. Needless to say, my first experience here was not great and maybe I'll try another location but definitely will not be coming back to this one nor will I recommend it.
