My husband and I went bowling today. We had fun actually bowling. However when it came time to pay for the bill, we presented a coupon that we had on our cell phone. The woman that was helping us called the manager over because the coupon wasn't going through their computer. The manager came over and told us that the coupon had already been used. We explained to him that that was not possible as we had never bowled here. He said then we must have bowled at another place and the coupon wasn't available and he walked away!!! I could hardly believe it. I called out to him and asked him is that really how he handles clients and their complaints? His reply was yes!!!!
I will absolutely never ever bowl at this place ever again. The customer service is absolutely terrible. He really could've done more than he did and it was obvious that he just does not care about his customers.
