I am completely mortified by this facility - I called on 3 separate occasions to clarify the instructions for my 6 mos old daughter's EEG - I was told she needed to be 7 hours sleep deprieved. We put our daughter through this undue stress to just find out upon arrival, she just needed to miss a nap; "we've been fighting with central scheduling" to have more accurate instructions given to pts. Our daughter cried for hours, just wanting to sleep, and it was completely unnecessary. I called to speak with patient relations, because this is clearly an issue that needs addressing. I spoke with a "patient advocate" named Sanjo, who did not even apologize for the incident. I will be sure to have my pediatrician recommend Phoenix children's hospital in the future, and we will never return.
