Agnolotti with Fava Beans and Preserved Lemon - this was my favorite dish. the sauce paired with the agnolotti was velvety and delicious
rigatoni with braised rabbit - my fiance's favorite. lovely to share the two
chocolate terrine with hazelnuts, olive oil, and sea salt - what a great way to end a delicous meal with a dessert that isn't too sweet.
all capped off by a fantastic bottle of Langhe Nebbiolo. I have never tried this grape before, but our server/sommelier-in-training made an excellent recommendation.
