  • My name is kim Voges I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! They tell you they do more botox then anyone else in the area. I now know that does not mean they do it right. Went in for botox. I could tell injection missed the targeted area...it went up and above the area....i let the girl know that injection did not feel right at all. I was told not to worry...give it a few days ..they would be happy to touch up area. In a few days i did have to come back....Ughh. When i went back they charged me. Not cool!!!! They take notes at time of procedure shpwing where they inject. They could see the area was missed if they looked at their charts. Plus, i mentioned my concern during injection ...that note should have been mention there too. . I had to pay for the correction. I asked numerous time for someone to get back with me on this and NO one did. There are so many places in the area that truly care about theit patients outcome. Sona Med Spa is Not one of them. Btw, . I asked numerous times for someone to get back with me about my experience. This pce is not worth ones precious time.
