| - Horrific living environment doesn't even begin to describe my experience with these apartments. From the bug infestation to the inconsiderate neighbors, this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. This place is crawling with cockroaches day and night. No matter what you do, you cannot get rid of the cockroaches. No amount of bug bombs and sprays will get rid of the infestation here. There is a ton of stray cats everywhere that sleep and pee on top of your car. This place also seems to have a scorpion problem. I'm always finding them in our outside laundry room. So I know you're thinking wow why doesn't this person call the office instead of complaining on Yelp... The office here likes to pretty much turn their heads in the opposite direction for EVERYTHING, even work orders. I've put in work orders for two broken showers, a broken door, the bug problem, and air conditioner, which doesn't get cooler than 85 degrees and most days stays at 88. One time the air conditioner completely stopped working and maintenance never came by once to fix it. I have a one month old infant and the air conditioner stopped working when it was 110 degrees outside and maintenance never came to fix the problem. After suffering for 3 days, my husband and I fixed the problem. Seems like the only way you can get maintenance to swing by is if your pipes break and water is leaking everywhere, than they'll do a quick fix and you'll be good for another 4-6 months till they break again. Sleep is a thing of the past for me since living here. If it's not my neighbors below me having a wild party with music shaking the entire building till 6am, than its the other neighbor coming home at all times of the day and night with their car stereo blasting. I've called the cops on the neighbors at least 15 times and reported to the office 5 times myself for their loud obnoxious behavior, yet they still haven't seemed to get evicted. I don't even think the people that get raided here get evicted. Cops are always in and out, I don't even have to tell the cops on the phone the address I just tell them the apartment name and they know. We also have dumpster divers here that come and dig through the trash at the butt crack of dawn till about noon.
Now let's get into the positives of living at these apartments... The pool looks great! I say looks great because in the year that I've lived here I've seen the pool open ONE time. There is literally a chain with a lock on the pool door year round that never comes off. If your still reading this and I didn't turn you off with the first three sentences, I can't say this enough times... Walk away from these apartments!!
