  • I have never had a good experience here. Everything from food, crates, supplies, toys etc seems to be marked up an extra 10-20% from other similar area stores. Of the 3 or so times I have gone in here in the past year, I leave frustrated with nothing in hand because either it is ridiculously overpriced or out of stock. Convenient because it is near the Willoughby shopping plazas, but a waste of time/ money IMO. Go to Pet Supplies Plus.
