  • I have been taking my automobiles to Pepboys for several years and I would highly recommend them. I feel that they are very honest, they do not try to upsell, and if you sign up for their rewards club you receive discount coupons, and "cash" rewards that help bring down the final cost of having your vehicle repaired. The service reps there have always been friendly, and helpful. I have dealt with Jim on multiple occasions and I think he is great! I have taken my cars to different service places over the years and and I feel that you get your repairs done at Pepboys at a fair price.
