  • CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS are the main reasons why I rate it so high. The front desk attendant, Marian, was AMAZING. She has let me have let check out because I work on the road and cannot bring my dog to the job site. She also remembers me from the previous encounter and greets me by name on the phone. It really goes a long way. The location is great to downtown restaurants, bars, and events. Everything is walking distance or a cheap uber fare to get anywhere. The unfortunate- Price, over charge for what you get. Clean, yes but nothing special. Parking, across in the garage or valet which is VERY expensive. Gym, only minimal cardio equipment and possibly cable machine Food, no free breakfast or snacks or anything. I will be returning but only for the great customer service and location.
