  • Sadly it's time to find a new salon. Saturdays at a nail salon are stupid busy. I know this. That is why my daughter and I get there 15 min before they open. They've opened a new salon in Scottsdale so they've lost some of their staff. Today after 2 1/2 hours my nails look terrible, my daughter's nails cost $30 for gel polish with no manicure and it took 3 people to get my Mani/pedi done. The prices seem to change at their discretion. Two weeks ago 3 of us got the same Mani/pedi that 2 of us got today for the same price. Super frustrating. When I mentioned this the gentleman asked me why that would be? I don't have any idea, shouldn't her know that? Sadly they were so busy that people with appts say around waiting forever and new people coming in were being scheduled for an hour later when it was clear that wasn't going to happen. Then they started just trying to slam people through which is why my nails look terrible. So sad.
