  • (NEGATIVE STARS) GIVEN DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!I give this place NO STARS THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO MOVE!!!!! I sailed a lease a month ago but luckily I have family that stays there to feel the place out. In a weeks time I have had to call the COPS 4 times all 4 times reviewing police reports. Mind you these were 4 separate incidents one with my 7 year old son being jump by ghetto kids (with me NOT EVEN BEING A TENANT YET!) I decided this was no place to call a home I immediately went to the office to cancel my lease term. I was told by the apartment manager that she would look into it and give me a call with an answer about my $768 security deposit and move on fee. It took a couple calls with her saying She hadn't heard back from her manager. I was suppose to move in October 1st and I spoke with her about the issue I believe the 19th of September. I walked into the office in September 30 because I still haven't heard anything! When walking in she didn't even know who I was until another lady reminded her. She said the same thing about her boss not getting back to her. At that point I was frustrated! She went into the office and called her boss which I could over hear her telling her my situation and most of what happened. She got off the phone and called me into the office where she told me I can cancel my lease but ALL my whole 768$ I put into nothing I was NOT going to get back. Which I kind expected after one of their employees told me how broke their apartments are. Which of you look at the place you can see for yourself! They gym my family have been trying to use is still broken the whole summer when visited the pool was disgusting! When you visit the MODEL IS NICE BUT DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!! My family's apartment still smells like smoke! They mixed up their garage and gave it to another tenant and moved my family's belonging into another unit with priceless and memorable belongings missing! It's a horrible place with nothing but ghetto tenants, a security guard that doesn't secure anything but hangs with the tenants and smokes and drinks which I've saw for myself leaving one night after dinner! This place NEEDS TO BE UNDER BETTER CARE AND BETTER MANAGEMENT! Because they let anyone move in!
