As far as pizza places in Las Vegas go... I think we can all agree that they are lacking in general. This restaurant is no different. The pizza is...OK. The big claim here is that there are two types of crusts available (although only one size). Neither is winning any ribbons of excellence, but the choice is nice. Also, there is a distinct lack of toppings. Not the choice of toppings, but what arrives on the pizza, especially the sauce. Sadly, they have confused rustic with sparse. They seem to be aiming slightly for gourmet but were highly inconsistent among those that arrived at our table.
The second time I ate there (both were with groupons) I had a steak-dominated salad. It was very good but really could have used more of the actual salad portion. But this place isn't really bragging about anything but the pizza.... It doesn't make sense when it seems the other dishes are where the effort lies.
It is nice that you can choose to eat inside or on their enclosed patio. This gives them big points in my book. The first time we ate outside and had one server (lunch) and it was great. The waitress was great. The second time we went in and ate inside and had three different servers hovering over us (lunch). It was overkill and kind of creepy toward the end. It was odd, but perhaps just a consequence of over-staffing at lunch.
Lastly, the decor here is far nicer than the strip mall outer shell lends to. The spacious bar is very well done and I hope to visit for dinner. I just won't be ordering the pizza.
