  • I don't go anywhere else for my oil changes. I have been a customer since I moved to the South Hills in 2012 and I have never had a problem. They're always very friendly and I appreciate that a lot. What made me feel the need to review this time is my last visit there, it was so great, David who works the register and answers the phone was very friendly and helpful. I thought I needed a new air filter, he took the extra initiative to call advanced auto down the road, since they didn't have it in stock, and asked to have it ready for me to install it for me, which I thought was really nice! Also, I've never experienced "nickel and diming", which is something I've always been weary about since I am a female. One time they took me into the garage and showed me what was wrong so I knew what they were talking about and gave me the options and prices, but I never felt as though they were pressuring me to purchase services or parts from them or charging me unfairly. So in conclusion, I would highly recommend this Mr. Tire, especially because they have awesome coupons!
